The beauty & haircare markets were going through a major messaging shift in 2017. Consumers were becoming increasingly concerned in the ingredients they were incorporating into their routines, and companies everywhere answered by pivoting to “natural ingredient” solutions. At Living Proof naturally beneficial ingredients matter, but what makes us standout is our award-winning, patent technology developed by MIT scientists. So how do we get our audiences to trust the brilliant science? Our creative team got to work by repositioning ourselves as the disruptors in the industry, who are driven by safe, science-backed solutions that actually work better. And we did it by introducing a new site, new educational materials for our suppliers & salons, email, print ads, paid online video & more.
